the fair book or can be downloaded here>.

LAST DAY FOR LIVESTOCK REGISTRATION:  AUGUST 20, 2026
 

NON-LIVESTOCK pre-registration is optional and can ALWAYS
be entered in person on the exhibit registration day of the fair. While
not required, entries may be pre-registered using the Martech Blue
Ribbon Software On-line Entry system on this site..

 

Pre-registration of NON-LIVESTOCK exhibits is available until the Thursday before Labor Day. For your convenience, blank data collection forms are supplied in the fair book or can be downloaded here>.

Once submitted, entry tags for pre-registered exhibits will be generated
and available at the fair registration desk on Exhibit Registration Day.
To arrange pick-up of pre-registered tags prior to the fair registration day,
