LIVESTOCK pre-registration is required (with the exception of rabbits).
Blank livestock data collection forms are supplied in the back of
the fair book or can be downloaded here.
 

NON-LIVESTOCK pre-registration is optional and can ALWAYS
be entered in person on the exhibit registration day of the fair. While
not required, entries may be pre-registered using the Martech Blue
Ribbon Software On-line Entry system.

 

Pre-registration of exhibits is available until the Thursday before Labor Day. For your convenience, blank data collection forms are supplied in the fair book or can be downloaded here.

Once submitted, entry tags for pre-registered exhibits will be generated
and available at the fair registration desk on Exhibit Registration Day.
To arrange pick-up of pre-registered tags prior to the fair registration day,
