Individuals wishing to submit entries in Department 8 - Farmer's Eggs, must sign a Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture affidavit which states the exhibit(s) comply with the current rules regarding the display of poultry and/or poultry products (see notes below).  Entries without the signed affidavit will NOT be accepted.  For your convenience, you can download the affidavit here>>.
