RULES AND REGULATIONS

Entries must be received by August 19 and must show class.
All entries must be mailed with a check made payable to: The Waterford Fair Association, $2.00 per animal to: Dale Chapman,11362 West Greene Road, Waterford, PA 16441. No phone nor hand delivered entries will be accepted. Entries without entry fee will be returned.
OUT OF STATE GOATS - “Certificate of Veterinary Inspection” (CVI) must be issued within 30 days of opening date of the fair.
Dairy Goats MUST conform to standards of the breed.

Section 6 - MARKET GOATS

Limit 1 market goat per exhibitor.

Market Goats must be female or castrated male and weigh a minimum of 60 lbs. and maximum of 125 lbs.

All lambs must be dry, sheared and without coats or tights at weigh-in.

Market Goats will be divided into nearly equal class or sub-class by the Department Chairs and their representatives at their discretion. There will be a maximum of nine classes/sub-classes with a minimum of four animals per class/sub-class.

Market Goats must be castrated by the date animal is weighed.
