RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.    Egg sizes are determined by weight.  Eggs will be weighed at registration to determine class

2.    Extra Large size are approximately 2.25 ounces per egg / 27 ounces per dozen

3.    Large size are approximately 2 ounces per egg / 24 ounces per dozen

4.    Medium size are approximately 1.75 ounces per egg / 21 ounces per dozen

5.    Small size are approximately 1.5 ounces per egg / 18 ounces per dozen
